A Critical Success Factor in meeting and exceeding client and customer requirements and expectations is a quality system.  This system enables us to measure and continuously improve the quality of our people, service, products and operations in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction to agreed cost and schedule, whilst increasing company value to our shareholders.

As the Managing Director, I make the quality of the services provided by the KoBold Group my responsibility.  I will discharge my responsibility through the management team who will ensure that this Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the company.
