At KoBold we believe in teamwork, we actively encourage, promote, develop and practice it. Today we have five teams with a sixth to be formed in the first quarter of 2007. In the future ?

Our belief is that a knowledge organisation should:

• create an autonomous team environment to overcome the limitations of using yesterday’s corporate structures.
• provide challenging work, personal development and resources that they would not have access to as an individual operating as a small company.

KoBold teams operate as autonomous businesses, each with its own purpose and team value, operating as part of an innovative overall Group team structure.
